Koen joined Phicap in 2015, just after completing his studies. He oversees several assets in Brussels and Flanders, both as property manager and syndic of co-ownerships.
Through his natural tranquillity and sense of responsibility, he is a trustworthy lead for the property’s stakeholders. With his analytical mindset, together with a personal goal to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, he monitors the efficiency of Phicap’s various property services and the effectiveness of the implemented internal processes.
Outside the office, Koen likes to be surrounded by mountains, both in winter and summer. He attaches much importance to spending time with his friends and family.
Executive Management Assistant
Manésia joined Phicap in 2018, after spending 15 years in the operational management of various family companies. This multi-faceted experience has earned her a great capacity for adaptability and a keen sense of responsibility.
As executive support manager, Manésia works directly with the Managing Director and is in constant contact with the other departments of the company. She participates proactively in the daily administrative management of the company.
Manésia prioritises quality time with her family, embarking on the organisation of city trips with her family or with friends, to get away from it all and savour life to the fullest !
Project Development Manager
Since he joined the Development team in 2016, Etienne has been managing several projects. He is particularly involved in contract management and urban planning matters.
His previous experience, mainly in development assistance for public and private clients, gives him the agility to implement well-conceived and well-defined processes in every project. With tenacity and rigour, he helps all stakeholders meet the client objectives.
Etienne obtained his passion for construction and architecture when he discovered the city as a young skateboarder. As the “Frenchy” of the company, he is always delighted to indulge in a delicious glass of wine.
Property and Commercial Manager
Benoit works within the Property Management team. He mainly manages assets in Brussels and Wallonia.
His excellent interpersonal skills enable him to listen to and communicate well with tenants and stakeholders, as well as to quickly resolve conflictual situations. In addition, Benoit has an innate talent for trading. He centralises the brokers and keeps on increasing occupancy in the overall portfolio. Making service a priority, his main goal is to best satisfy the various stakeholders.
Benoit loves spending social time with his close friends. He is a real fan of golf and enjoys both putting the ball and being in contact with nature.
Office and Facility Management
Jacqueline is part of the Property team. Her office is within a business centre and she takes care of its overall daily management.
Jacqueline is the key point of contact between the business centre and its occupants. In addition to the character of the property, her positivity ensures that all tenants appreciate working there. Jacqueline also has excellent communication and organisational skills.
She does not miss an opportunity to go dancing with her “salseros” group. She also enjoys hosting and cooking for her friends, or just watching a good documentary film.
Office and Facility Management
Jean-Louis is part of the Property team. His office is in a French-managed property and he takes care of the daily issues.
His biggest added value is certainly his 40 years working as a facility manager. His sense of organisation and duty as regards his work make him a well-trusted manager.
His passions are history and geography.
Michael oversees all strategic and operational aspects of the company. He contributes his knowledge and vision on all the managed projects to the various teams.
His creative mindset and energy allow him to successfully implement trendy internal processes for maintaining the growth and innovative approach of the company. His accountability and dedication are key to fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders, clients and investors.
Michael enjoys being in the great outdoors. He is a huge fan of stand-up paddleboarding and never misses a chance to do this. He spends his spare time with his family, doing all kinds of fun activities.
Constantin joined Phicap in 2016 with five years of experience in condominium management. He brings a tremendous amount of expertise to the Property Management team.
He closely monitors the progress of the properties he manages. By helping Phicap’s clients to determinate the right strategy to adopt, Constantin consistently helps them to reach their goals. Customers greatly appreciate his honesty, his well-honed interpersonal skills and his thorough, reliable approach.
Whilst work is his main passion, Constantin is an avid rugby player. He enjoys travelling around the globe and taking full advantage of the vibrant social life in Brussels.
Jr. Project Development Manager
Nathan arrived in 2018 to reinforce the Phicap development team of Phicap; trained as an architect, he already had good experience of projects of various sizes especially in Brussels, but also in Flamish and Wallon Brabants.
Proactive in the construction industry since 6 years, he will not hesitate to put all his knowledges, boundless energy and natural curiosity at the disposal of the development projects.
Nathan regularly plays sport, in particular hockey and running. To broaden his horizons, he uses his free time to travel as much as possible, to learn new languages and to meet other people and experience different cultures.
Corporate Management Accountant
Sabine has over fifteen years of accounting experience in several real estate companies. She joined Phicap in 2015 and is currently managing corporate accounts as well as overseeing the property accounting team.
Her sharp sense of organisation led her to set up a series of procedures enabling the growth of the financial department. She is like a Swiss watch and makes sure the team meets the recurrent financial reporting deadlines. She welcomes external requests and responds efficiently and professionally.
Sabine is an urban woman, who loves underground culture such as street art. She also has a passion for electronic music and photography.
Jr. Property Manager
Laetitia joined Phicap in 2017 and works within the Property team. She manages properties and co-ownerships, mainly in Brussels.
Through her passion for real estate management, her reliability and attention to detail, she provides the best possible service to clients.
Laetitia spends a great deal of quality time with her friends and family and is a travel and sports lover.
Jr. Project Manager
Audrey joined Phicap in 2017. She is part of the Development team and gives support to the property managers for space planning requests.
Audrey’s methodology in work is defined by her passion for quality, her sharp sense of efficiency and her daily optimism. Her fresh vision coupled with her creative spirit is an added value to the projects she manages.
Audrey has a great passion for travelling and backpacking. She discovered and hiked in various exotic destinations such as Madagascar, Iceland, Namibia and Central Asia
